Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you complete authority over your e-mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a new email account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email box account to another, set up email filters, set up auto-response messages and secure your mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming electronic mails on the basis of certain criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your email accounts and change the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one email box account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Just choose the mailbox account you would like to forward electronic mails from, then choose the target email mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail boxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of the rest.
